Claire Synodinou was a Psychoanalyst, a member of the Hellenic Psychoanalytic Society and the Psychoanalytic Society of Paris (SPP). She was Professor of Clinical Psychology, Psychopathology and Psychoanalysis at Panteion University and Professor of Psychopathology at the University of Paris VII. She was awarded the Order of the Academic Phoenix of the French Republic (Chevalier de l ‘Ordre des Palmes Académiques).
